Very clean. Beds could be a bit more comfortable. Only complaint is that during the night some kind of machine would turn on for about 20 minutes and it was SUPER loud woke us up every time (4 times).

Hotel was good but Be weary of staff!

The evening security guard was a creep, he took his phone out to take pictures/video of us. And at check out we were charged for $25 for towels that were “Ruined” which they weren’t. One was dirty because we showered and make up was on the towel and the other we used to clean up a spilled soda. Was told by receptionist that they had tried to clean them and were unable to. We literally walked out of the room 2 minutes before this happened and definitely not enough time had passed for the maid to even attempt to clean them.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and the hotel was emaculate. Heavy construction going on outside. It was very noisy from the heavy equipment, early in the morning.

My room was poolside, wasn't too loud even with all the families in town. It's close to many places I go. Staff was friendly and helpful. They're still building some things so there's a little construction happening. Hotel is good though.

Staff was rude, elevator not working, no ocean view they are in construction, they had loud music all night and tv not working. No refrigerator or microwave it was a terrible experience we didn't stay. They refused to refund our money, charge the credit card without authorization or signature.

I liked that it was hated, had a security guard at the door and it was clean and the staff was nice. I didn’t like the people in the room next to us were noisy and because the place is under renovations the elevator wasn’t working so we had to walk up 3 floors of steps. The beach is accessible but there are too many rocks.

I would recommend Costa Elegante Hotel. If you want a clean and quiet place to relax, this is the right place. Jus a few meters from the beach and a lot a places to eat and drink.

Good: good location beach and bars walking distance. Room service Generally clean and clean pool. Cold acs Bad : Was charged an extra 50dls for guests( which was never stated) No elevator and rooms still getting worked on. Beds were ok. Internet was bad too far from router. Even though it was a good stay, I won't be staying here again.

property sits across the street from any beach club great location. Expect loud music until the early hours of the morning from Manny’s on Friday and Saturday night. The property is still under construction. They do not mention it in their website. They wee using jackhammers grinders and saws 50 feet from the pool area 75 feet from my balcony. Debris shoots on the side of the building while they continue to build from the third floor. NO ELEVATOR. Nothing was offered from management or this website other than $20 in compensation.
