It’s almost impossible to get restaurant reservations at a decent time. The room was nice and clean but very damp and musty, there was black mold in the shower and on my last night past of the shower ceiling fell in! The pool where the Frost bar is needs better filtration it was always dirty with bird poop. I got very sick after eating a hamburger at the snack bar near the beach and I heard many other people had the same experience with food poisoning from that snack bar. They need to replace broken chairs around the main pool I think half of them are broken. The food at the buffet isn’t hot , in the morning there was rarely bacon or yogurt, and you had to ask for it most of the time and even then I wasn’t always available. The hash browns weren’t cooked properly they tasted freezer burnt. There should be a disclaimer on this hotels page that warns about the stairs and hills as there are many many stairs !

Here’s a clear but still professional response: The food did not meet our expectations, and while the staff was polite, the overall hotel experience was not ideal. There was no reliable Wi-Fi during our stay, and the room and common areas were not as clean as we expected. Booked two rooms.Checked in and spent at least thirty minutes walking around aimlessly looking for my room. (Resort room layout is somewhat confusing) Asked multiple staff members who were as confused as I was...finally found it. Room was at a sub level with a foul smelling open sewage line next to the entry door. Door was hard to open (screws missing) instant foul smell in the room and the floor was wet from a recent mop.Dim lighting.Stains on the curtains & spots on the bedding. Concrete looking repair in the tub.Realized instantly I wouldn't stay in this room. Back to guest services and my family member from room two happened to be there complaining about actual black mold in his room.Was told no other rooms were available, but offered to replace bedding and reclean rooms. Requested a refund and was told no refunds at first.Provided videos and some photos to staff who assured us a refund. Reserved two other rooms at a neighboring resort. Stayed there instead. Returned home to find no record of refund being processed.

For some reason even though I’m a repeat customer I never seem to get the room in the buildings I request. I waited 3 hours after being told to come back at 6 and was told I’d get the room I wanted, instead I had to settle for what I think was a downgrade. They refused to move us saying the rooms I wanted were all booked. That was an obvious lie! The place was not that busy! I personally did not like the front desk attitude. Really like going there but have to rethink. Why can’t repeat customers be treated with a bit more consideration. The front desk last year was amazing, this year they were dismissive

The AC barely worked , every time you tried to adjust, it would reset the temperature to 22.5 C which was way too hot. The food was repetitive with the same menu every day and there was barely any music near the pools. The TV in the room was too small and had issues, the lamp was rusty and the room didn’t get cleaned because it was a single worker cleaning a whole floor. By the time she got to our room it was her time to work. Nice lady gave us water and fresh towels at least. Overall beautiful property but it needs some work.

Room was less than what we expected. Our mini bar was never restocked despite asking both the front desk in person and over the phone to do so over the course of our stay. The last day a giant roach was clogging the pipes so we couldn’t shower until it SHOT OUT into the tub.
