lack of elevators was the only downside to the resort if you have walking issues, otherwise food was excellent, and so were the staff. Entertainment fantastic, so much better than at Punta Cana. Will certainly revisit. Desk manager Sofia extremely accomodating, housekeeper Mercedes wonderful.

The buffet was the same night after night and none of the food had enough flavor. My son and I added salt to pizza! The other restaurants which you had to reserve were much better. Also no elevator, so we had to walk up to our third floor room. The room was very spacious and nice. The staff was very helpful. It is also a little walk to the beach.
