Location is excellent, and the ONLY reason to stay here.
Wi-Fi is spotty and often will not connect to the internet.
There is no hot water, the bed is uncomfortable and the AC in a extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.
Contrary to what the listing says, there is no restaurant, no front counter, no tour desk, no luggage storage, no airport shuttle , no spa.
The listing shows a photo of a front desk where you can check in and out and get information about the area. The actual property has no such things. To to me this listing is a fraudulent one. To post photos of areas of your property that do not exist is wrong. It seems that the listing wants to give the impression of a much nicer establishment than it is.
There is a proprietor here but she is not always on site and it's difficult to track her down. Contrary to the listing, she speaks no English and there is no one else working here. I had to to wander around looking for her to get another roll of toilet paper. We asked her for housekeeping which is supposed to be available on request. No housekeeping was supplied even though we're staying here for three nights and requested it after the second night. It's quite possible that she didn't understand this basic request. We could even not find a place to dump the garbage. The place is way overpriced for the 45 USD per night that we paid.
