You check out at noon and they allow you to Keep wrist strap till 1.00. I got it extended To 1.30. My flight didn’t leave till 5.45.i have Been coming to PV for 25 years and you Could always keep the wrist band till you Left for airport. Just another cash grab.

The Breeze Bar on the beach needs twice as many chairs and tables. There were not enough umbrellas on the beach. The music was too loud at the Breeze Bar. The elevator was out of order for our last two days.

Staff were excellent room and check in were great. Biggest concern no Bali beds or umbrellas on the beach and lack of tables and chairs at the breeze bar. Thus could be reason to possibly go to another resort!

Service was below average with some staff friendly and others never even smiling. Incredibly, 90% of the staff speak VERY poor english. Communicating was very difficult. FInally after 3 attempts to surprise my wife for her birthday with simple champagne, flowers and baloons in the room - it was a complete failure and had to fight to get partial refund for the debacle.
