- Extremely thin walls. It genuinely feels like people are talking inside your room when they’re just in the hallway. - No balconies. A bit disappointing, especially for an ocean-view room. - Very thin bedding. The beds only had one thin blanket, and we were freezing at night even with the AC turned completely off. - Blended drinks are not well blended. Expect chunky, icy frozen drinks. - Towel situation was frustrating. I asked for towels at 10 AM, and the staff member at the desk simply said she didn’t have any—then ignored me completely. Hard to enjoy a beach resort without towels. - Food quality was inconsistent. The first few days were exceptionally bad, though it did improve later in the stay. - Italian restaurant was a letdown. The food was basically the same as the buffet pasta. - The shower was genuinely dangerous. The water temperature would swing from freezing cold to scalding hot every 30 seconds. Washing your face felt like a risky game of roulette. - Beach area overwhelmed by smokers. It was hard to enjoy the ocean breeze with so much cigarette smoke. - All-inclusive… sort of. You only get one reservation per three-night stay at any restaurant besides the buffet, and the only times available (even when we booked at check-in) were 9:30 PM.

The resort was just fine. I was disappointed that when you asked for a drink, they didn’t have the stuff to make it! The food was hit and miss! And I was really disappointed with the music he played!

When I arrived at the resort and was assigned my room #439. It smelt like mold, the AC unit was to loud sounded like a jet engine, their was hair on the mirror, rusty hinges on the shower door, dirt marks on the walls and god knows what was on those lamp shades that smelt like death. I left the room after 2 minutes of taking pictures and went down to reception to show them what I discovered and ask them if this is normal for this resort because this was my first time visiting Mexico. The man at reception then had an aggressive conversation with his lady co-worker in Spanish in front of me and upset with her.He then said they would assign me a new room and he would personally go check on it to make sure it’s been cleaned. He arrived back 15 minutes later and had me redo my door bracelet for room #417. I thanked him and proceeded to my new hoping for the best. Once again when I entered there was the musky smell of mould and the aggressive roar of an obviously un serviced AC unit. As I entered the room to look around the first thing I noticed was a short and curly hair sitting in the middle of the little table in front of the window, not a good second impression. I turned around to look at the bed and it was not tucked in like you would expect at a hotel. I lifted the covers to discover 6-7 yellow droplet stains right where I would be sleeping on the bottom sheet. I spent my 1 week vacation sleeping on towels after that. Shower leaks into main bed area ( yup that’ll cause mould)

This is a nice AI resort on a great swimmable beach you can walk on for miles. The room towels linens were clean and the bed very comfy. The A/C worked very well. Now about the food I mostly ate at the buffet and like all buffets you have to pick and choose to avoid recycled food. I could always find something ok to eat. I wish the servers who are carving large roasts would give a reasonable portion (4 to 6 ozs) I was literally given shreds of meat barely 2 ozs even when I asked for more (and it was not like they were going to run out) Also the service was rather chaotic at times. The resort also arranged for some memorable shows and there is a large lounge/bar area where guests entertain themselves with karaoke and such like. All in all it was a good experience and I would consider returning.

This is nice resort. Not so big that you get lost. Nice beach area. Clean. A little older...but that's aok with me! Really enjoyed the open air lobby bar with evening live entertainment. If you're looking. For partaaay times - this is not for you. Staff are wonderful , friendly and attentive. Thank you from Toronto. (We missed the first snow).

Was a nice place over all. Breakfast had lots of fresh juice options and a omelette station. Servers were very friendly but not alot of English speaking servers but they always tried and had a smile 😁 The location on the beach was perfect and very clean.
