The customer service (front desk) needs to go to customer service school. Horrible responses when simple questions were asked. Bar staff was 6/10, food was 6/10. The elevators were not in full service but there was a packed house. On check out I left my room keys and towel keys in my room by mistake. I wasn’t going to run up 7 floors to collect them because of the broken elevator. They charged me 800 peso’s for reused room keys. This hotel was so loud at night that you had to leave the tv on and the air conditioner to mask the noise. The staff expected a tip every time you needed something and wouldn’t serve you if you didn’t leave a tip. Never again will I stay at another Riu. Overall experience, I couldn’t wait to get out of there and fly home to the snow. That bad!

Staff were friendly, attentive and delivered top notch service from check in, to activities, to meals and check out! Amenities were on point. The activities were sooo fun and entertaining. The entertainment team was amazing…enjoyed the nightly entertainment tremendously. Special shout out to Mimi for her energy, passion and love of fun!

Limited staff- no service around pool for drinks/clean up. Restaurants were decent, no fine dining, no reservations allowed. Buffet was repeated food and busy.

Room sheets were dirty. Staff is nice. Amenities are subpar compared to other resorts including their sister resorts. It was okay I don’t think I’ll stay here again though. Liquor is cheap you don’t get drunk

The room had a bad odor in the restroom . We called but they didn’t never fix the issues . Also the restaurants long línea they should have more tables for more guesses . Also the bartender in the bar area need more help usually is only one of two for the hundreds of guess i think they can do better. Not a great experience for my wedding anniversary.
