We had a generally pleasant stay. The location is greatâwithin walking distance to the Romantic Zone but just far enough away to avoid the constant buzz. Being slightly uphill, the unit offers a beautiful ocean view. The rooftop infinity pool is a highlightâabsolutely stunning and a perfect place to relax.The apartment itself is clean and well-equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked (even though we didnât cook), and the inclusion of LâOccitane toiletries was a thoughtful touch. Bathrooms are a good size, and the overall space is well maintained.There are a few downsides to note. The building is right off a busy road, so getting in and outâespecially at nightârequires caution. The second bedroom, which is a sliding-wall partition in the living area, lacks sound insulation and can be quite noisy at night. The glass doors to the patio also donât provide much noise insulation.The bed linens could use improvementâtheyâre quite thin and somewhat see-through, revealing the mattress pattern underneath. Furniture is minimal; for example, the master bedroom doesnât even have a chair, and the second patio is completely bare. Lighting is also limited to ceiling lightsâno lamps or accent lighting.One note: the host offers a late checkout until 2 p.m. for a 50 fee. We only needed an extra hour, so we didnât opt in, but itâs worth knowing they are firm on the standard checkout time.A nice place with beautiful views and great amenities, but some comfort details could be improved.
