Not allowed to use pool, no concierge, no maid svs
Not allowed to use the public areas advertised in the pictures; I was just rinsing in the pool shower & they said I wasnt allowed on the pool deck since I was staying in the casitas & the pool was only for villa guests... No concierge, no baggaige check, and no daily housekeeping service as advertised. The hot tub/patio had no view. Big gap under the door lets in bugs - there was a 5cm huntsman spider on the wall.
This was our last stay on a Tanner 11 night 17th anniversary trip for my wife and I and I think this was our favorite. Aside from the all-inclusive Hyatt Ziva thatâs six to $700 a night, this place ended up being around 100 a night & the room was bigger, it was quieter and more peaceful, and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely be back as this is the perfect location in the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta and itâs like the name says a little villa with a private Jacuzzi outside. We felt like royalty for $100 a night. They get six stars, but I can only give them five.
Salvador, the host for the casitas was very friendly, accommodating, and easily reachable by phone, in case any issues arose.
The casitas are right across the street from stairs down to the beach, and a couple blocks from Olas Altas.
I would definitely stay there again.
This is a clean and safe place in a really good location. I was told there was no amenities because I wasnât staying in the main villa and I stayed in the casitas. I wish I knew that prior to booking. Also the casitas are connected to other casitas and I could hear them
LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is new, safe, quiet and well appointed with your own balcony and hot tub. I booked a last minute trip to PV and looked at all of the popular places all the gays stay and got to reading the often sketchy and unpleasant things others said. Needless to say did not book the other places and went to Expedia to review the places that weren't too expensive and had good reviews. I stumbled upon Villa Tita because the reviews were all "execptional". I saw the rate/night along with the amenities and didn't think it was legit yet decided to book.
The place sits right across the street from Almar (popular gay hotel where the Mantamar Pool club sits in front of). That being said,...you'll have lots of entertainment to choose from and a short stair climb down to all of the beach action. Downtown PV is about a 15 mins walk and I would say is probably the reason the cost of this place is so reasonable.
Villa Tita has a very attentive hotel concierge guy that can arrange for the room cleanings (if needed) and have your water, coffee or provided fancy soaps/shampoo/bodywash replenished.
Villa Tita has keyboards for heightened security and ease of use for their guests. The design of the place makes you feel like you're in the latest White Lotus episode. I was fortunate to have a room (all with balcony and a hottub) that also had a view of the ocean. The bed also was extremely comfortable.
Salvador the concierge was amazing. So kind, and helpful. Always smiling. Only issue is between rooms, the connecting door, you can hear your neighbors very easily, like quite conversation. The doors just need some more sound proofing.
We stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated with a huge jacuzzi spa, giant walk in shower, fridge, comfy bed. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and restuarants. Salvador was respsonsive and so helpful.
