Bushaltestelle und gutes Geschäft direkt bei Haus. Spazierwege ( schattige) für Hunde vorhanden. Gute Gastro in direkter Nachberschaft. Haus, Küche gut ausgestattet ( Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, extra Kühlschrank bei Pool, mehrere Haarföhn vorhanden, Bügeleisen, extra Standventilator etc)Verbesserung: Klimagerät vom Schlafzimmer sollte besser im Gangbereich montiert sein- 1 Schlafzimmer hat Klima ansonsten haben die Schlafzimmer Deckenventilator, ein Schlafzimmer mit Verbindungstür zu anderem Schlafzimmer vorhanden)Alle Küchengeräte, Badezimmer, Toiletten, Pool.. sehr sauber und gut erhalten!!! Alles top. Tolles Hause, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber,netter Vermieter. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass nur ein Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage hat. Die anderen Schlafzimmer haben Deckenventilatoren..Zudem hat der Wohn- Essbereich eine Klimaanlage.
