El hotel estaba bien pero Expedia no lo catalogo como 5 stars. Esto es un complejo de hoteles Princess, el Gran Bavaro Princess es el mejor a nuestra consideracion. El servicio al cliente es bien pobre, mala cara de algunos empleados, tanto a la hora de hacer una solicitud como de atenderte. La comida no era muy variada para un hotel de 5 estrellas, camarones small, mala calidad. Fuimos al restaurante Dominicano (mofongo y salcocho) y el Italiano. Lo recomendamos mucho mas que ir al buffete. Consideramos que bajaron el estandar del hotel debido a la cantidad de Dominicanos hospedados, ya que despues que estos se fueron la energia del hotel cambio y los dependientes fueron mas amables. Las habitaciones a pesar que limpiaban siempre estaban con el piso mojado. Deben asegurarse que en la recepcion les entregan las tarjetas de las toallas de playa porque de lo contrario tendran que regresar al lobby a recogerlas. La estructura del hotel es bonita y esta bien cuidado, te sientes en contacto con la naturaleza. En la noche hay shows nocturnos y animacion. Eramos un grupo de 4 personas incluyendo 1 niño de 2 años, es un hotel ideal para familias. Definitivamente este hotel tiene mucho potencial para mejorar la experiencia de los huespedes, ofrecer mas; pero necesita mejor administracion, el servicio al cliente, limpieza y comida.

The view was clean and smelled good bed was very comfortable the view from our room was perfect the pool was clean the beach area was well kept me and my son enjoyed it. The 24 hour sports bar was excellent and the coffee shop we had a nice relaxing time the activities host was also very pleasant

The hotel is out dated and full of swampy water which smells the rooms are moldy they serve the same food every even when advertised otherwise overall I did not enjoy the hotel.

Nice, clean room. Excellent staff that make you feel like you've been friends for years. Beach is steps away and has 3 separate pools for whichever vibe you want. Always good options with the buffet.

Mi primera ves en un resort de este tipo, nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, viajamos con una niña de 3 años y el personal del resort estaba muy atento en acomodarnos en todo lo posible, la variedad de la comida en el buffet muy buena, gracias a Geisha,Maximo y Joan muy agradecidos por la atencion,los restaurantes a la carte excellente la comida, nos gusto el entretenimiento por las noches y la pasamos muy bien, en el camino a casa ya planeavamos nuestro proximo viaje de regreso, por ultimo una critica construtiva, los bartenders deberian ser un poco mas friendly. Gracias a todos por los recuerdos.
