Excellent staff, great hospitality. Food was Ok, worthwile to eat at buffet. I tried the restaurants that need reservations but ended up for dinner at the buffet due to not liking the food.Pool was great with daily activities. Room clean, cleaning service changes just the sheats.Intentionallt left my nose strip tape on the night stand desk for two nights, never cleaned, additionally shower doors never cleaned. I assume just Changining the sheets and thats it. Overall good experience.

The place was absolutely beautiful. We have been going to the same resort for 3 years. Unfortunately we will not be returning. The food was horrible and the service was awful. When checking out was billed for things. When making reservations on Expedia it says a 150.00 room credit in your package unfortunately this is not true. They said that it is not true and billed me. Showed proof and of package and said there’s nothing they can do. Never had this problem in the past 2 years.

Our favourite part of the stay was the staff members specifically Jeffrey our shuttle driver, Wilner our pool bartender, and the chef Randolfo. They along with the many other staff members and friends we made along the way, made it an unforgettable stay!

Just come back from 9 days at the Miele Punta Carna. From start to finish the holiday was just perfect! We can’t thank Patrick enough for all his help and making all the arrangements and showing us around the hotel for a very enjoyable time! The hotel, beach, grounds, entertainment and food were exceptional! I hope to go back very soon! Also the weather is fantastic this time of year! I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for a relaxing vacation with my twin sister! We stayed 9 nights and overall had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the spa for 80 min massages and enjoyed the hydrotherapy more than one day. Overall staff were nice just hard to understand because they don't often speak a lot of English. At the American buffet night at Mosaico there was a very rude chef encounter when we were asking about having pasta with veggies instead of meat because we are vegan. He was demeaning about it and did not offer any options but instead walked us over to meat and said "why not meat?". Very off putting. Other than that great food options for being vegan and Ricardo was a very nice waiter that always made sure we were happy and enjoying the food! The room was a bit outdated and sometimes house cleaners forgot enough towels. Also the bed was not as comfortable as I would've liked. Thomas as a very nice driver for the shuttle and made us feel like family. Despite some cons, the beach was beautiful and I really had a relaxing trip l, which is what I wanted out of it!

Stayed here for two nights, beautiful property, amazing staff, LOTS of amenities and activities rooms definitely needs some updates ESPECIALLY the bathroom very outdated. Food was decent didn’t care for breakfast, I don’t eat pork so majority of the breakfast options were pork so I only had pancakes and fruits!

Amable and Oliver made sure our stay was amazing. We booked the level Garden Suite which comes with a 30 massage per day per guest. As soon as we arrived the guys made sure we had scheduled our massages for each day of our stay. Since we were traveling for my birthday, the day of my birthday they decorated the room and provided champagne and a small cake to celebrate. All the staff was pretty friendly and ready to help. I will a 100% recommend this place if you want a relaxing vacation.
