We had a wonderful stay as a family. What stood out the most was the excellent cleanliness of the room, the friendly and attentive staff, and how convenient the location was for getting around and enjoying our plans without any hassle. Clean rooms but we needed to change due to broken toilet and fire alarm going off. New room ran out of hot water, no cell or WiFi service working, shower floods, ran out of shampoo, door alarm went off every hour
