Great service all around! Big shout out to Lionel always holding us down by the pool. Food was decent 3/5 could have a few more options. Had to change my room because it was covered with ants and then the second room I was in smelled like it was just painted. Could have a few more shows in the night. Overall 3.5 out of 5 in my opinion

The room was clean and very nice, my only complain with the room is that the ac was not cold enough. Also the transfer to and from the airport were included but I was not able to find who was going to transfer me to the Hotel when I arrived, more details and a contact can fix that. Other than that my family had a blast, the water park is very cool. And there is plenty of food options. The hotel staff were nice overall but they can smile more, I saw some sad faces around.

There were ants all over the room and in the bed. Even after changing rooms, there were still ants. BLDG 4000. The food was subpar. The drinks must have been watered down because we never even had a buzz. The staff acted like they didn't know what we were saying. I understand they speak Spanish, but I have never had that issue before. The hotel was just a complete NO. I will never visit another Riu Property. They didn't care about the inconvenience. I was not happy with my visit. I never realized how your accommodations could ruin an entire vacation...

The rooms were clean but, we had to beg for washcloths. We were given 2 washcloths to use for 2 days which is unacceptable.

Beach is great, food is mostly good, liquor is great, club and entertainment is wonderful. Bar staff was friendly, restaurant staff can be a bit friendlier, everyone looked too preoccupied and not particularly happy. Overall, great experience. For the price - definitely recommend. Also, don’t waste your money on a swim up room, it’s like a little tub like thing on a patio, not worth it.
