Beautiful property, excellent staff, an amazing time overall. My only negative is, I didnt stay long enough. Approximately eight pools and a water attraction/park. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Its great for a families with small children as well.

While the property itself was beautifully maintained and well kept not all of the staff were thoughtful and caring while they put on a friendly facade. After day one when I inquired about checking out early and a refund i came back to my suit case rummaged through and clothes on the floor after a day by the poo. I was easily looked over or dismissed while in line or other places. House keeping didn’t come one day and my request for new towels through the app and a call to the front desk were ignored. The last day there the resort kept having blackouts and the side I was on stayed out longer. I asked for a place to charge my phone as I needed to check in with the airline for my departure early the next morning. In all i made the best of the experience for my kids but I can’t say I’d visit again.
