Smaller, intimate resort. We went during the shoulder season so it wasn’t too crowded and enjoyed our time. We got food poisoning mid way our trip. Raw fish and dairy weren’t kept in enclosed fridge (i.e., bottom panel is cold but they are left in the open air and buffet area gets very hot due to cooking station). Stay away from eating anything raw like ceviche and dairy if you have sensitive digestive system. Overall great stay.

Quiero hacer una mención especial al gerente, Alexis López cuya atención al detalle y liderazgo es evidente en cada rincón del hotel, se nota que su equipo está motivado y trabaja con una pasión increíble. ​Cada interacción, desde el personal de recepción, el.concierge Raphy, los camareros en los restaurantes, los bartenders en resumidas cuentas todo el personal, fue de atención de primera, me hicieron sentir como un huésped VIP y, más importante aún, como si estuviera visitando amigos. Staff really stood out they’re extra helpful. The service was outstanding Andres was sort of our butler and he was very attentive and helpful. He booked all of our restaurant reservations. Arisleidys was very attentive to us in the buffet. The grounds are very nice palm trees everywhere which I really like. It’s a small resort but with a lot of walking grounds it’s not hard to get anywhere around the resort which is good since you don’t have to walk much. The food is good just wish they had somewhere to get food after 3am. I enjoyed my stay very much. Btw the drinks are very good!!!! The lobby bar had my favorite bartenders.
