Awesome family vacation! Visiting my father in Punta Gorda and this home was just a quick bike ride around the corner. So all my family could fit in a rental and yet visit with grandpa. Well, equipped and đŸ€© beautiful! Will return!

We had the best experience at this house. The amenities are amazing. You could not ask for anything more. Games, the game room, pool chairs to float on, fishing rods, bikes, coolers, chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, and so much more! There was nothing this house didn’t have. It was clean and well stocked. The sunsets from the pool and lanai were beyond amazing! We would choose this home many times over. AMAZING!

Punta Gorda Gem!

Absolutely perfect stay at this Punta Gorda gem! The home was spotlessly clean and packed with more amenities than we could have imagined. We loved fishing off the private pier and relaxing by the pool on the patio. The quiet location provided peaceful relaxation while being just a short drive from plenty of activities and attractions. It was the perfect family getaway - we can't wait to return!

The on-line listing doesn't give this place justice. All the amenities that you could ask for. Communication with the host was excellent. Nice location. Check out Fishermen's Village - neat place to shop and eat and drink.

Amazing Vacation

We had a wonderful time visiting Punta Gorda! The vacation home had everything we needed and more!! It was extremely clean, comfy and in a great location. My boys and brother-in-law caught so many interesting fish off the dock. The pool area was perfect and being able to swim while watching tv was great! Enjoying my coffee watching the sunrise was the best. We highly recommend this home!

Happy Vacaioner

Tim and Lisa have created a vacation paradise. Very near all of the attractions of Punta Gorda, this home is in a gorgeous neighborhood on a beautiful stretch of the canal system. We enjoyed a lot of biking and played the Twin Isles golf course 3 times during our stay. All of the homes amenities are as advertised. We’ve already rebooked our stay for next year. Can’t wait!

A Slice of Paradise

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation rental—truly one of our favorite trips! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for both relaxation and adventure. The game room was an added bonus!One of the highlights was the gorgeous lanai and pool area overlooking the canal. It was peaceful, private, and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. We loved having access to fishing poles, kayaks, a paddle board, and bicycles. Being able to launch and fish right from the property made our experience even better.The host was wonderful—welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out.We left feeling totally refreshed and already dreaming of coming back. If you're looking for a tropical, activity-filled, and relaxing escape, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Great time in Punta Gorda

We just returned to Michigan after a 2 week stay at Royal Palms. We were so pleased with the property and the responsiveness of the host that we have already made plans to return here next year. The home is beautiful and extremely clean. We made extensive use of the well stocked kitchen and outdoor cooking service. We took advantage of all the toys: kayaking the canals with our grandkids, riding bikes through the beautiful neighborhood and playing several rounds of golf on the nearby Twin Isles Country Club. We certainly had a Five Star experience and are already looking forward to next February. Thanks so much!

Amazing property

We were visiting for our nephew’s high school graduation. We had my sister and her boys over, along with my kids and they stayed busy the entire time. You barely have to leave the house, the owner of this property has thought of everything. The house was very clean, I usually can find one spot that was missed between rental cleanings and this was the first time, I could not. I packed supplies we never needed. They’ve thought of everything from pool supplies to SPF, fishing gear, beach gear etc. the one and only thing we needed was ketchup and a sponge. They also had a very stocked coffee bar that we all loved. The pool was fantastic. Weather was perfect, we went kayaking, my nephew tried their stand up paddleboat. They had every size possible for life jackets and bicycles. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back next year for the next graduation

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation house and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious amenities and beautiful water view. The house itself is spacious and beautifully decorated, with top-of-the-line appliances and furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and the living room was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. But the real highlight of this vacation house is the outdoor living space. The pool was absolutely amazing - crystal clear water, plenty of lounge chairs, and even a poolside cabana for shade. We spent hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the gorgeous water view. In the evenings, we loved grilling out on the outdoor BBQ and dining al fresco on the patio. The outdoor living space was so well-designed and comfortable, we found ourselves spending most of our time outside. Overall, this vacation house exceeded all of our expectations and we can't wait to come back. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with incredible amenities and a stunning water view, look no further than this amazing property.

My 28th birthday

We came to Royal Palms Vacation home for my 28th birthday. When we arrived it was dark out and coming to a house lighted just perfect was so welcoming! We took a walk through the house and was so amazed by everything they provided for you and just the beautiful view! There was not one thing I could think of to change this house. If we ever needed anything I just messaged them and they got it fixed right away! Amazing people take care of this house and it is defiantly a 5 star house! The pool area is just perfect and the dock is awesome to have. We went kayaking through the canals I would recommend doing that. We went bike riding and I requested a bike trailer for our kids and she bought one for our family! I was sooo happy! The neighborhood is beautiful and nice neighbors as well. There was not one thing I could complain about. The heated pool was amazing because the weather wasn't so nice but the pool stayed warm enough to swim in. We played ping pong which was sooo fun! The arcade game was also a plus so many cool games on it. I will definitely be staying here again!
