Relaxing stay

We always enjoy our stays in Punta Gorda and this home was a great place to relax. We spent lots of time in the pool and the outdoor tv was an extra bonus. Close to Fisherman’s Village and downtown with lots of restaurants to choose from. The house was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

This was a great place to stay! House had everything we needed! The pool was awesome and we liked having a tv on the patio. It had nice big showers and the house was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house! Didn't want to leave!

Had a great stay! We were very happy with the property. It's location was great......in a quiet neighborhood, not far from Fisherman's Village and other shopping. Loved the large pool area too! Spent most of our time there, soaking in the sun. Didn't want to go back to Minnesota!

Lovely Home!

The property was exactly like the photos showed. The home was in very good condition. The kitchen was well appointed. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large lanai. I'd highly recommend this house to others.

Great spot!

This is a great spot for anyone looking to stay in Punta Gorda. The house was clean, spacious, located in a quiet area and the pool area enjoys the afternoon sun. Close to fisherman’s village as an added bonus! Would love to stay here again.

Easy access location

Lovely remodeled home. Safe/quiet neighborhood. Located in area close to fisherman’s village, airport, and many tourist activities. Home was above average clean, however we found soiled pillow case and dust bunnies under beds. Not a reason not to rent but it was just an unexpected finding.Some minor glitches with lanai upon arrival. Size able screen holes allowed small flying biting black insects into lanai area, so first eve spent indoors. We patched holes and got yard bug spray and citronella candle. After this the lanai was wonderful to hang out and play cards, swim and enjoy west facing warm afternoon sun and amazing sunsets! House was adequately stocked. Beds were comfortable. Pool/spa operation is a little confusing but we spent majority of time in lovely spa! Maybe more detailed pool/spa instructions would help greatly?Easy check in and check out. We really enjoyed this rental property and first time staying at beautiful Punta Gorda! We would recommend! Every rental has some glitches and this property is no different. Totally enjoyed our stay! Thanks for a great winter break from up North winter weather!

Nice getaway

We had a great time in this well stocked home. If there were any troubles, the property manager would work on them. Unfortunately, the pool heater and outside cable weren’t able to work during our stay, but the management tried to make it happen! I’m sure it will be ready to go for next time.

Wonderful house

Very nice house, love the location! The pool is where we spent most of our time. For being newly renovated there was alot of downfalls..toilet paper roll off wall, toilet ran nonstop, dryer not working(ruined clothes and told to bring to management they will wash), patio had mold. Contacted property management was told would hear back that day or next then contacted them Tues and was told they were gone don't know why told that they be there. Property manager was rude when compensation was asked for since it was vacation and laundry was ruined so it was kinda sad for us a few days. Overall the property is nice besides cosmetic things.

Fantastic Home

Great house for our family. The space was neat and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed plus a gas grill on the patio. The saltwater pool and outdoor living space was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house

House was absolutely beautiful The only issue was some mold in the pool area and major dust under the master bed. The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. It sunk in the middle and rolled downhill towards the patio door. I was not very comfortable with strangers in the house when the ac had to be replaced.

Beautiful outdoor space

We spent most of our time in the beautiful pool and outdoor space. The place was overall pretty clean however old trash was left in garage which smelled and was filled with flies and the tray under the grill was overflowing with grease. This is why I rated cleanliness lower.

Beautiful Vacation Home

The house was great! The instructions for entry were very user friendly. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies. We kids definitely loved the swimming pool and spa, and there were plenty of beach towels. The location was perfect! It was really close to local grocery stores and the Fisherman’s Village is a must! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Everything was fabulous as advertised. Location wonderful. Kitchen well equipped. Lovely pool and spa. Only issues were getting things fixed. We were able to contact property manager but nothing resolved during the stay. Felt bad for the next guests as they were coming in with unresolved issues. Would definitely stay again though!

Great Place For Vacation

Beautiful, new remodeled, clean, well stocked, nice neighbors, neighborhood and location. Really enjoyed the pool and spa, nice dock and boat lift. 15 minute boat ride to the bay, channel comes out at fisherman's village, good location for fishing and tiki bars and dining.

Relaxing

This was a very relaxing property. We obviously spent almost all of our time outside laying by the pool during the day and playing games and sitting in the hot tub at night. The kitchen was very spacious, so we were able to easily have multiple people cooking at the same time. It was so close to Fisherman's Village and the waterfront which is where we love to hang out. The only real issue was that the pool water level became really low and wasn't circulating. It took a couple of days for someone to get over there, but we added water on our own and everything worked out. All in all, we would absolutely go back to this property in the future. Thank you so much!

Easy, breezy in Punta Gorda!

My wife and I loved the village of Punta Gorda, and the house was within 1.5 miles from downtown. The location was great! The overall neighborhood is friendly, with the neighborhood well-kept. We loved the option of being able to use the bikes. The only downside is the difficulty in closing the draperies in the living room, and the lack shade on the Lanai in the afternoon. The house is beautiful and spacious.
