Insotel Punta Prima Prestige Suites & Spa

Bel hôtel mais pas service de 5 étoiles
"Bel emplacement au bord de la mer, vue magnifique, grande suite, propre. bon petit déjeuner et staff de la piscine sympathique. Emplacement isolé si pas de voiture, petite plage moyenne à proximité. Personnel saisonnier globalement gentil mais pas de management. Bon barman et super équipe animation kids club et show.
L'hôtel fait partie d'une resort all inclusive propre avec plusieurs piscines.
Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles au niveau du service, réception inefficace et ignorante (incapable de renseigner sur restaurant ou activité), pas de concierge.
Arrivée tard, le personnel vous regarde avec le chariot de bagage ss vous aider. La douche de la suite n'a pas été réglée toute la semaine, la 2ème était brulante, malgré de nombreuses demandes, literie dur, coussin médiocre, et pas de sofa convertible pour enfant (fauteuil convertible) ou lit 1 pers."
