The property was absolutely beautiful. Pros: beautiful service seem to listen well. The food was amazing. Food for room service was alright but most of the restaurants were quite good. Everything is within walking distance. The beach is very well maintained. Cons: waited awhile at the first desk to get checked in. Ordered a crib before hand to have in our room upon arrival and there was not one. They were able to bring one pretty quickly! There was construction/ repairs being made near our room in the hallway so it was quite frustrating with attempting to have the baby nap. Lastly there is only one place to get breakfast and for dinner you must have a reservation somewhere.

was great- most of the food was terrific (the bar by the pool was not great), the staff was super helpful and friendly, plenty to do right there on the property. we only left once to go snorkeling and regret it--water was too rough

None, the administration or managers aptitud, it should be all inclusive, and they tried to push for you to buy their expensive wine, foods, and upgrades services. As soon as they found you are not going to buy anything, they change and given you the hard time. Everything used to be included on the all inclusive, now it’s only cheap food, no shows, cheap wine, more expensive than in United States.

The hotel was good in size, cleanliness, tasty foods and drinks (foods were better than some other all-inclusives). Staffs were overall friendly and nice. Adult only amenities were great, such as spa, pool and Twiggy restaurant. Kids clubs were good. However, if this hotel had a better organization, my experience would have been much better. I wasted time trying to clarify my confusion. For an example, a postsign and front desk staff’s instructions for the open hours were not correct. 1-Hudson Tavern, a sports bar’s open hour is not correctly indicated. The front desk personnel told us it opens at 5 pm, and the hotel map also indicated that its open hour as 5pm. However, when you get there, the staff at the Hudson tavern said they open at 6 pm. If the hotel changed the opening hour, then they should have educated the front desk staffs, so they are on the same page. Also, edit the maps as well. 2-Non-motorized water sport hours. By the ocean, the equipment rental tent has a stand alone written instructions for the use and open hours 9-5. But, we got there at 3:50 pm, (thinking it will close at 5pm) only to find out that it closes at 4 pm by the staff who were standing by the desk. told me they are closed. So I pointed to the postsign with 9-5. They just shrugged. Also, at the time of check out, many people (mixture of pre-check ins, checked in guests, checking out guests) were standing without a clear line. It was so chaotic.

Loved the property. Went with family and my 3yr old son who loved the kids area especially all the water slides. I had Awesome patron margaritas and smash burger at lunch. Overall the food was pretty good. It’s a great property (about 9 months old) and I’d stay here again. The only con was that the shower water in the room smelled of sulfur and I could smell it in my hair after showering. I’m hoping that could be improved in the future.
