Very clean, great lighting a little outside of Quebec City downtown but if you don’t mind driving a little it’s fine. The shower has an open concept door but that means the water sprays a bit onto the rest of the washroom floor.

Did not have breakfast. They would not offer me the free parking benefit and said it wasn’t on the booking. Had to show them my Expedia booking to get them to agree. We stayed for 2 nights. They did not offer any housekeeping. Have to get your own towels, coffee refills etc. The property was clean and nice

Depuis maintenant 20 que je frequente les Ă©tablissements Hotel Times, Quebec, Laval et LĂ©vis (PremiĂšre visite hier), 1-Charge pour le Stationnement ( aucune indication) sur le portail( voir Photo) 2- Ce matin vers 4:30, nous avons essayer de sortir du stationnement, et nous avons ĂȘtĂ© incapable de sortir, j'ai essaye de communiquĂ© avec LĂ©vis sans rĂ©ponse, j'au dus communiquĂ© avec Hitel Times de Laval, cas resolu vers 5hr du matin, donc une perte de temps, et surtout aucun moyen de sortir du stationnement, aucune porte pour sortir., j'ai mĂȘme laisser un message au Gerant de l'etablissement, apres avoir un recu un courriel de Hotel.com, j'ai dĂ©cidĂ© avec regrets d'inscrire mon insatisfaction...

Great hotel right where we wanted to be. Originally booked thru Expedia with VIP perk free parking, but was told it was pay parking. Spoke with a second concierge and older gentleman who spoke English and says he corrected the error in their system. Je was also extremely friendly and acted as our bartender in the evening also. Great guy...big help in getting the parking sorted out.
