Staff were friendly, room was new and clean. The breakfast was good as well. Only real issue was the bed was super soft and uncomfortable. Neither of us had a great sleep and that's gotta be the most important part of any stay.

New property, clean rooms. Unfortunately, breakfast is a disaster. So, if you stay here, plan to skip the free breakfast and drive 4 minutes to Tim Horton's. The breakfast area is undersized and understaffed for the size of hotel. We stayed two days. Day #1 at 8:30am. No bowls. No spoons. No milk. No place to sit. Day #2 at 8:30am. No bowls, no spoons, no oatmeal, no coffee, no place to sit, we gave up and went to Tim Horton's.

good decent hotel. clean rooms. decent breakfast, though service at breakfast was slow (replenishing food, plates/ cutlery). room service is not provided daily so we had to ask for towels/ toiletries.
