The property is super old, tv doesn’t work, washrooms do not have basins, you have to walk out of the washroom near main door to wash hand, the partition between two beds (got a bedroom with 2 beds that had a sliding door as partition) didn’t work. Breakfast had no options other than hard boiled eggs, bagel and muffins. I only gave one star since the pool was warm but you have to take your own towels to the pool. For a $170 per night hotel, you would expect some good service at the very least! Really disappointed and would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Not a good experience!!

The hotel looks very old, not renovated. The stairs looks very dirty, muddy. Room not well cleaned, especially carpet. My family got itching problem. Good thing is: everything was around this hotel area. Locationwise, it is at good location.

Rooms are comfortable. Decoration and overall furniture could be improved. We had a bad experience with the breakfast and for our taste it was too plane. We have stayed in other hotels within the same category with better breakfasts and amenities. Pool is clean. It's a simple place good for quick a stay.

The price is very good. Hotel is dated that can benefit from some updates, but very clean. It is a good hotel for shorter stays. Nice convenient location between Quebec City and the falls.

We chose this hotel primarily because it's both budget-friendly and pet-friendly, and it delivered on both fronts. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient—just a short drive from Old Quebec. While the continental breakfast was very basic, it was a nice touch for a hotel in this price range. The only real downside was the poor internet connection, which made it necessary to rely on our own mobile data. You need to look for an open parking spot every time you leave and comeback. Overall, a solid option for travelers looking for value and pet accommodations.

At first we booked room and that smells terrible. They changed the room later on and that was a bit fine. Please always ask them to change your room if it smells bad.
