It is clean and spacious. The staff is nice. If you travel with family this is a great place to stay. Other than a long walk to the old town everything is great.

This property was very spacious for our group of 5 Adults. Close enough to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. Parking was challenging because of the size of our large SUV but overall suite/apartment experience was excellent.

Make sure to book parking ahead of time but there is a pay parking behind the building. It’s initially hard to find on googlemaps but when you walk in front of this student building you’d see the entrance. It is a one floor hotel that we all gasped the moment we walked into the room. A pleasant surprise and highly recommended.

The apt we stayed in was very roomy and comfortable (especially the beds) for our family and it was quite modern inside. There were lots of restaurants within few minutes of walking distance. There was a huge parking lots in the back of the building with reasonable price which was quite convenient. The only thing that we wish they can improve on is to add the block out curtains in the living/TV room where the murphy bed was located. My son woke up at around 5:30am due to brightness from the massive windows.

The room was clean and spacious, and there are many restaurants within walkable distance. The hallway does have a faint chemical odor due to the lack of ventilation, but it does not affect our stay much at all.

Terminus was awesome! The room was HUGE like an apartment, the furniture felt new and clean, there was full-size refrigerator and stove/oven (it was a regular kitchen, as versus the kitchenette), and it was a very short drive from the Old City. There was also a wonderful bakery very close by for breakfast sandwiches and delicious, pastries and espresso drinks. And a number of spaces to charge electric vehicles on the street upfront. Note that it is self check-in so if you have any questions, you need to ask them in advance (they are very friendly and accommodating in the phone). Also not there is a large paid public parking lot out back, or you can reserve a paid spot in the terminus private lot which you access by going behind the building on Rue Ste. Helene and it’s under the Terminus building. Terminus was a great place to land on our visit to Quebec!

The property itself is clean, modern and in a central locatio -no complaints there, however the parking location was difficult to locate. Woke up to some construction work being done around 6.30 am on one of the mornings during my stay. Also, blackout curtains in the room are a joke especially if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is 2 blocks away from the vibrant area along Rue Saint Joseph E which is nice. The hotel is one without reception and concierge. So you check in yourself with a passcode at the front door and your own hotel room which is quite simple and convenient. No elevator and you have to take your own luggage up the staircase to the 2nd floor. The Superior Suite we booked is very clean and nice with 1 queen bed bedroom, 1 king bed sleeping alcove, plus a queen murphy bed and a modern kitchen and bathroom. All in all, it worked well for me and was a very pleasant stay.

I was there with my family for 3 days. Stay was great. Check-in was straight forward and all communication was done through my mobile regarding access code and parking. The area where’s it’s located doesn’t look safety, there were people in the door of the hotel that looked like homeless , there was people entry and exit that had a bad appearance, but everything else very good
