We will stay again, the room had everything we needed for a weekend stay, the bed was comfy too. Very central and walkable to everything. Staff were great and breakfast was very good too

The room and staff were excellent. While breakfast was not free, the hotel did provide a discount coupon for the local restaurant and the food was plentiful and tasty. Our only concern was the music from outside the restaurant/ bar. It played until 10-10:30 each night. We were directly above it and it is Christmas time so that could be why we could hear it in our room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel as well as stay here again

The room was lovely, comfortable and clean with a view out over the street and one of the Christmas Markets. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely come back!

The hotel is in a perfect location, room was small but certainly adequate, and the front desk was friendly and helpful. The problem : our room was terribly noisy for both nights from 9-11:30pm. Loud Banging and talking from below. We heard afterwards it may have been the kitchen from the attached restaurant. We had thought it was the alley but either way it was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in.

The location was just perfect. Nice to hear the Morning and Evening Bells of Notre Dame. Checkin and checkout was truly awesome. The staff assisted us with our luggages. There are no elevators just stairs in this Hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to wake up to a nice Nespresso coffee in our room. The Staff is truly what made our mini vacation a welcome one.

Room 24, over the restaurant. Lovely view of Frontenac Hotel but seems kitchen plays music while prepping and cooking cleaning. Went from 6 am until 10 pm. Thumping base coming up thru the floor. Not great for lounging in bed on a Sunday morning or those who go to sleep early. Otherwise a nice stay.
