Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Quebec was excellent. The room that we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and modern. Check -in and check-out were quick and easy, and the breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. Short drive to Old Town and Montmorency Falls. A great experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Quebec City!

Amelioration

La chambre ainsi que les lits étaient hyper confortables. L’ensemble de l’hôtel était très propre. Les points à améliorer sont : le restaurant, la qualité de la nourriture ne reflète pas l’ensemble de l’hôtel et de plus le site Internet du menu n’est pas à jour. La piscine extérieure n’en est pas une, c’est plutôt un très grand spa. Il y aurait tout avantage à essayer de contrôler la température du spa, je m’explique si il fait 32° dehors je crois que ce n’est pas nécessaire que le spa soit à 99°. Il serait très facile de mettre la température aux alentours de 90 degré;Surtout lors des canicules. D’ailleurs il n’y avait pratiquement personne au spa à cette chaleur, personne n’est intéressé à aller prendre un spa bouillant, il faudrait aussi prendre soin de l’état de l’eau du spa, celle-ci est brumeuse avec beaucoup de déchets.
