Check in was fast. The pool was fun
heated and outside in Canada seemed insane at first but it was awesome. The suite was more expensive than it was worth in our opinion but it’s what we booked. The room is averagely unkept with some details on cleanliness issues around the drapes and shower. Nothing too bad though. The towels were hard and not what I expected for $400 a night. Having two rooms was a plus though, so we might need to pool two room suites going forward. The staff were nice, not outgoing and as above and beyond as the staff we had at the holiday inn in Kingston last night, but still nice.

Traditional room had fridge but no microwave. Was the expectation to eat cold food from fridge ? Bathroom door had no locks. Common microwave oven available at reception was not clean. It was tedious to go up & down to use microwave. Rest of the room was okay.
