Amazing location and the view from my room into Old Quebec was marvelous. Actually made the stay very special. Hotel has all amenities you need including a fully stocked grab and go snack bar with pastries, salads and sandwiches, fruity, if you want to grab something quick or to take to room. Valet worked well and convenient. Very large hotel and lobby so can get crowded and loud as groups come and go so if you are looking for an intimate stay this is not it. But definitely the Hilton consistency is there: great comfortable bedding; clean rooms, efficient service.

People were lovely. Property is very convenient to old town Quebec. Restaurant service was exceptionally slow both nights. Menu was not as varied as we had hoped. More simple options would have been appreciated. The elevators were almost unbelievably slow, sometimes taking close to 10 minutes to come to our floor.
