We stayed at the Hilton for four nights. The lobby is always busy. The check-in was a bit long, but fairly efficient. The rooms are very clean, but I was surprised that there was no water or other drinks available in the room other than esspresso with nothing but tapwater to use in it. We had to request towels twice and while they had shower and conditioner in the shower area, there was no body wash. They supplied bar soap by the vanity. Although this was not the end of the world I thought for the price per night these would be pretty standard things.. Having just driven across the US in Canada recently almost all the hotels had this for much less per night. The location however, is amazing a 10 minute walk to old Quebec city and a variety of nice shopping/dining neighbourhoods all around. We never ate at the restaurant in the building, but it seemed busy. The guys at the bar were nice. We had a drink one night. We took advantage of the valet service and most of the guys were amazing. But one guy just didn’t seem to even want to get out of his chair to help us with our car. I was kind of surprised. Anyway, overall, a good experience.
