Too many groups. Wewere there as a couple n our room n all the services, restaurant etc were great. But going thru the lobby when all the cruise people n group tours were checking in n congregating was overwhelming n very off putting. If we come to Quebec again, we will stay in a more low key BnB type place in Old Town. However - ur staff were very nice n welcoming n friendly, cheers to them!!!

Easy walking distance to old Quebec City. The pool was being painted on the 2nd day I arrived so I could only use it the one day. The pool was nicely heated so even though it was cool day it was beautiful.

Another great stay at this location. I checked back a day before on Expedia and saw a much reduced rate. I cancelled the room I had reserved months previously, rebooked the same room, and saved almost half the room rate. Great location, attentive and well trained staff, clean well-lit spacious and tastefully decorated modern looking common areas. Clean cosy spacious room with a large window and a great view. Comfortable beds, bathroom clean and with everything in proper working order. Breakfast (extra charge) was great, tried both the buffet (lots of choices) and a-la carte options. The bar is open late and offers a good variety of cocktails and other drinks. Self-parking is a bit confusing, esp. when arriving after dark, but once you park, there is an elevator access to the hotel lobby. The area around is safe, and the hotel is right next to the Parliament.
