I booked this hotel for 4 nights and first two nights was nice, I felt happy and comfortable in general until the 3rd night that the sink in the washroom got clogged and the water was leaking under the sink. So I requested to change a room because we’re not able to wash up comfortably. They did changed the room for us but the new room was right next to the gym and there’s some really noisy giant equipment outside in front of the room window, and the noise is extremely loud and disturbing especially at midnight(awakened by it at 3am). They said that it’s the only room left so I didn’t even try to make further request. It was such disappointing experiences so I decide not to give 5 starts which I was planning to give when leaving.
