Breakfast was included which was great. Location had a lot of constriction around the area so annoying. We were placed in a room on the first floor next to the pool, elevator and two entrances so it was noisy and loud. We requested another room because of the noise. We were also disappointed that there was no Netflix, Prime or other streaming service which is usually standard in all hotels in this price range. We had requested at check in to charge a specific credit card we gave them for points. They didn’t do this and charged the credit card used for booking which was inconvenient. Overall was disappointed with our stay. Wouldn’t book again.

We stayed for 2 nights (Saturday-Monday). We checked in late but notified them ahead of time. Despite the late arrival, we were still welcomed with a friendly happy attitude by the front concierge staff. We were very well informed about the hotel, the restaurant & fast food near the area, so the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. All staff can speak and understand English very well. Superb on cleanliness, especially the rooms. The beds are very comfortable, spacious room, standup shower-superb, gym is clean and has no bad odour smell. Pool is warm and cozy, very clean. Hotel was a fair price considering we stayed on the weekend. Overall, we had a fantastic time in Quebec city and the hotel. Housekeeping staff are doing an amazing job, place is very well kept, very very clean and smells good. The hotel location is very convenient as it is close to all the ammenities/tourist area. Canyon Sainte-Anne is just about a 50 min drive, best waterfalls location I've been so far. Montmorency Falls is also not too far from there. The city is only 18 min away from the hotel. Beautiful Fairmont Chateau Hotel. The most important thing for us, besides the cleanliness and comfortness, is the Safety. We felt safe around the area, the only downside is the road construction. It's almost on all streets. Amazing, amazing!!! We will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Quebec City again.
