The room was fairly cleaned, the staff was not friendly and helpful. They seemed that they are about to go 2007 Britney Spears and shave their heads. The poolside was nice but the singer was not, 1972 called, he needs to go back.... the hotel was noisy, you can hear kids running upstairs. This place was dated and needed to be refreshed, you can clearly see the lack of maintenance all around.

Receptionist was not friendly to Americans who spoke English. They gave us a terrible room. Hotel was run down and old - paint was peeling from the walls. Hotel had not been updated sincle the 60s.

Staff was great. Probably the best hotel gym I've been to. The pool is really good too. The ONLY feedback is the hours regarding the above amenities. Pool is closed early (9pm) and gym is opened late (8am). Couldn't enjoy amenities due to hours.

Sink in bathroom blocked. Shower door leaks and made a flood in bathroom. Had to se a bathroom much of towels. Yellow stains on bathroom wall behind toilet. Hot tub is filthy and water was so murky and hair floating everywhere. Coffee maker in room is too dirty to use. Bed cover on Murphys bed where ripped at least in 15 different places.
