We stayed for four nights in a suite, and while the room met expectations for space and comfort, the food and beverage service was a serious disappointment. Despite good front desk staff, we encountered three negative incidents within the first two days. First, a host at the main restaurant dismissed us to the bar area despite our reservation and empty tables, making us wait over 15 minutes unnecessarily. The next morning, a café staff member rudely took an item from my wife’s hands. Finally, room service at lunch was delayed—first due to “clearing breakfast,” then further late—resulting in our meal arriving an hour late. While the F&B manager was apologetic and tried to rectify things, these issues overshadowed our stay. Overall, an underpar experience—3 out of 5 star
