The property was beautiful and the views were fantastic. The room was a bit crammed with all of our clothes for our trip, but nothing that caused any headaches. The only small complaint is the construction that was going on directly in front of our suite. Other than the construction, will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Queenstown.

Great hotel - awesome amenities and amazing staff. Big rooms and plenty of space. We didn’t have a great view (mostly neighbouring rooms and apartments) but we could see the mountains from the balcony. Although the bus stop is only 50m away, I wouldn’t want to be staying here if I didn’t have a car - it’s too far to walk to the main part of town if you like that kind of thing. We didn’t have a problem with this - had a car and happy to drive. Probably the post comfortable bed and pillows I have experienced in a hotel!! There was renovations occurring while we were there but have very little impact on our stay
