Staff at reception were great but cleaning staff were unhelpful. Plumbing makes noises at night when nearby units are using their shower. Room wasn’t the cleanest with visible dirt on the carpet on check in. Carpark availability is not great. Had to pay for parking offsite everyday. Not enough on site.

Great wee kitchen and has a washer & dryer in the bathroom. New, clean and well appointed. 10 min walk to a variety of restaurants, cafe and supermarket. Airport 20 mins walk or about a $12 uber off-peak.

It's kind of new building in the new area. room is clean and facilities are quite new. staff are nice as well. But it's not in the central area. need car to go out. depending on traffic, sometimes takes a bit longer to reach the town center.

Having access to our own washing machine and drier in our room was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have a car but the distance to the nearest bus stop and shops was easily walkable. Wonderful view!
