Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No soy un huésped especialmente exigente; solo espero lo básico para una estancia cómoda. Entiendo que al estar en el centro puede haber ruido de carros, y eso se puede tolerar. También puedo pasar por alto que las camas sean demasiado duras y las almohadas súper incómodas. Sin embargo, lo que sí resulta inaceptable es la falta de agua. Literalmente solo salen unas cuantas gotas tanto en el lavabo como en la regadera, haciendo casi imposible bañarse o incluso cepillarse los dientes con normalidad. Es una situación sumamente incómoda para cualquier huésped. Lo reporté de manera amable y me pidieron esperar. Esperé un día… luego otro… y nunca se resolvió nada. Después de esa experiencia, sinceramente no puedo recomendar hospedarse aquí. Un hotel puede tener detalles, pero servicios tan básicos como el agua no deberían fallar.
