Amazing architecture, combining the modern with a historical building to create a luxurious, comfortable and beautiful hotel!! Love, love, loved it!! My bed wow!! The linens were soo nice!! Very high end. Plus, the location is fantastic!! Walking distance to lots of historic monuments, restaurants, bars, and the theatre. My room was gorgeous, huge bathroom shower, nice size TV and beautiful lighting. The staff at the front desk was also wonderful and very helpful in setting up tours. They were very responsive and quick. I arrived Sunday morning and Abigail helped me find different theater events, musicals, plays, etc for Sunday night. Alex from the Front Desk was also very helpful and gave me several suggestions for where to eat for both local and authentic Mexican food, as well as fine dining. Gennaro the bell captain was also wonderful. He made me feel like royalty. Each time I stepped out of the building he made sure I was headed in the right direction. This hotel has an amazing staff! I can't wait to go back to Queretaro! I will definitely stay here again!!

Un bonito hotel con cuartos grandes y modernos. El servicio de restaurante y de alimentos a la habitación requiere mejorar, MUCHO. No hay una carta de alimentos en la habitación, tampoco hay un directorio de las extensiones a las cuales se pueda solicitar servicio a la habitación y en el número que aparece en Google maps nadie contesta. Adicionalmente, cierran el servicio a las 9 PM no obstante la hora límite es las 9:30 PM y tampoco te ofrecen opciones con las que trabaje el hotel. En cuanto a los alimentos, sería bueno que utilicen pan de caja que no sea uno de súper mercado.
