Great lovers of good things and diving we are in love with the peninsula.
We renovated a city center apartment to live good times with family.
This comfortable duplex apartment of 62m2 located on the first floor of a small condominium of 3 apartments (no neighbors above), offers 1 bedroom on the ground floor with its bathroom and 1 bedroom with bathroom. bath and laundry on the floor.

The living room is very nice with a real sitting area and dining area. It has a kitchen and fully equipped to prepare gourmet meals.

The sheltered balcony will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. It is oriented West.

We also provide you with a parking space and a garage to park a small vehicle and have bicycles or water sports for example with water hose for rinsing.

With two beautiful rooms 4 people and baby can easily stay.
The sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 additional people for an additional 5euros / person / night.

We are located only a few meters from Hoche Place market square and the Grande Plage.

The bed linen and towels are not provided - Get closer to Marie if you want it to provide you the necessary (20euros par lit paréeur -euros per person for the kit of bath)

A deposit of 700 € will be required on your arrival and will be refunded upon departure if no damage is found.

We ask you to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it. The cleaning deposit will be 100 €. You can also ask Marie to do the end-of-stay cleaning (80euros).

Small dogs are allowed on request but not cats because we are allergic.

Délicieux séjour ensoleillé

Un grand merci à Marie-Charlotte et Elodie pour l'accueil personnalisé et sympathique dans cet duplex PARFAIT ! Tout y est et d'excellent goût. Les atouts : le lave-linge séchant, la place privée de parking au pied de l'immeuble, les petits détails de produits ménagers à disposition, la possibilité d'opter pour du linge de toilettes (en sus). Ce bijou est au centre de Quiberon, à quelques pas de la plage principale. Nous y reviendrons avec très grand plaisir.

Schöne, prima aufgeteilte und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Abzüge gibt es nur für die Lage direkt an der Durchgangsstraße. Das fiel für uns eher optisch ins Gewicht (Aussicht). Lärm war kein Problem, wir haben gut geschlafen (Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten). Ansonsten ist die Lage zum Strand und zum Einkaufen sehr zentral. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Generell zu Quiberon: Für Unternehmungen außerhalb der Halbinsel muss man die Staus auf der Verbindungsstraße zum Festland in Kauf nehmen. Hier ist viel los.

Nous revenons une nouvelle fois dans cet appartement avec tous ses atouts: jolie décoration, calme, lumineux, très fonctionnel et son emplacement est exceptionnel pour tout faire à pied ( courses, plage, ballades).

Séjour très agréable malgré quelques désagréments.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description faite : fonctionnel, très bien équipé et bien décoré. Sa situation est idéale : petits commerces de qualité à proximité, marché du samedi, grandes surfaces… En revanche un bémol en ce qui concerne la gestion par Ty ´Accueil :la réservation du kit de lit et des serviettes de toilette n’avait pas été prise en compte, le ménage n’était pas parfait, écoulement de la douche rendu difficile par la présence de cheveux, l’alaise du grand lit n’avait pas été changée. Malgré ces désagréments rapidement réglés nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Quiberon et dans cette belle région.

Le seul bémol que je peux apporter est dû au manque de climatisation. En effet, le jour de notre arrivée, la température de la chambre sous les toits était de 30° C ! Il faut dire que la température extérieure était de 38° C, fait je pense exceptionnel en Bretagne !...

Schöne Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung. Es gibt einen zugehörigen Parkplatz sowie die Möglichkeit eigene Fahrräder oder einen Kinderwagen in einer Garage unterzustellen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mit vielen Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Umgebung. Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit nicht unseren Erwartungen, so dass der Aufenthalt mit Putzen begann. Es ließ sich damit aber lösen. Die Geräusche der angrenzenden Straßen sind gut wahrnehmbar. Uns hat dies jedoch nicht gestört.

Appartement très cosy

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement avec nos deux enfants. L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et très bien placé à 2 deux pas du marché, du centre ville et de la plage. L'emplacement privatif pour la voiture est très appréciable ainsi que le petit garage pour y garer les vélos. L'accueil de Marie et sa disponibilité sont également un plus. Très agréable également la petite attention du propriétaire à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location.
