You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Charming neo-Breton house 2 steps from the sea Parking Wifi fenced garden
Ideally located in a quiet street, 300 m from the large beach and the city center, this comfortable 130 m² residential house benefits from all the amenities while preserving some rustic amenities that make this house charming (Clévacances classification awarded in March 2019: 3 stars).
You will find on the ground floor:
- a fitted and equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, 1-door refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle
- a 24 m² living room with TV / DVD
- a bedroom of 14 m² with 1 bed of 140 x 190 cm
- a bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer and WC
Upstairs :
- a 15 m² bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and its adjoining dressing room (and 1 cot)
- a 12 m² bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds
- a dormitory of 20 m² with bunk beds for children
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet
All rooms are equipped with wardrobe to store your personal belongings.
You will be able to benefit from its closed and raised ground of 450 m² which offers the possibility to park up to 3 cars in the driveway and to take advantage of the advantages of Quiberon on foot or by bicycle.

On your arrival, you will be greeted by Marie de Ty'Accueil, who I call to make an inventory and give you the keys to the house.
She will be available throughout the stay to meet your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...)
Arrival: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. // Departure: 10:00 a.m.
CONDITIONS

Bed linen is provided (as well as bath rugs, tea towels and table napkins)
A deposit of € 500 will be requested on your arrival and returned on the day of your departure if no damage is observed.
Cleaning option (70 €) to be specified. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.
Smokers are welcome but on the terrace!
Animals are not allowed.
The house is rented from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights minimum).
