Stayed 3 different times (different rooms)for work with a truck and trailer. They state "parking available for one vehicle" on the site. I could see on Google earth there is extra space in the lot. But i thought i better ask in case there was an extra fee or if i still would need to find other parking. I got the automated or bored rep response of " there is parking available for one vehicle". I ended up parking where ever i wanted and no one cared.
Learning how to get into your room is pretty confusing. It would be smart to just put a link to a demo video in the email with the access code. I ended up showing a lot of guests how to do it. Even so, many after talking to CS, ended up getting a hard key.
The double bed room had the smallest most awkward shower i've ever used and the toilet seat lid wouldnt stay up. That was a joy the first couple mornings! All of the freezer box doors were broken. Having customers report damages may not be ideal.
My 3rd room didnt have a chest of drawers and was expecting it then.
Cleaning staff was great and accommodating.
Vacasa swag was a neat treat.
Local deer in the yard most mornings and evenings.
The grills were quality, full of gas and easy to use;
This room is sortof halfway between a cabin and a hotel room and had the basics - fridge, microwave, small bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Luckily our neighbors were quiet and respectful, but the walls seemed pretty thin and it seems like noise could be an issue. This room is very overpriced for what it is - it is a very basic and small hotel room and is priced like a luxury hotel. Be aware that everything in town shuts down by about 6pm - the office is not available to take care of any issues in the evening and the only restaurant in town closes at 6. Really great hiking in the area, though.
