I was completely disappointed with the conditions. The hotel was as being completely renovated. So there was no lobby, pool was closed and breakfast was grab and go not a hot meal. The loony attendant was on a cell phone, which appeared to me unprofessional. I cancelled my room immediately and the hotel was able to accommodate my request

Great staff but under renovations.

The hotel was under renovations but the staff was really nice. Room was clean, though a little musty. Very quiet.

Mary was the best!

Hotel is definitely in the midst of being remodeled but we got to stay in one of the new rooms and it was fantastic. Mary at the front desk took such great care of us all weekend. She was a pleasure to chat with and very good at her job. Breakfast currently is limited to a grab and go bag or simple toastable/microwaveable items which is fine. Complimentary soft drinks / water were extra nice because it was 1 million degrees outside. Summary- don't expect a super lot of greatness at the moment because of the remodel but they treated us well and it was clean. Looking forward to coming back, especially when the remodel is completed.

Hotel was switching ownership. New owners were completely remodeling everything. We did find this out until we got there. Nothing about construction was said on expedia when we booked

The hotel was under construction. No lobby, bar or restaurant. Housekeepers knocked on door at 8:30 am to try and clean room and then again at 9:15am. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Very disappointed in condition of property. Stayed there in past and loved sitting in the atrium. Totally gutted which I was unaware of. No real breakfast offerings. Need to get a credit on my bill due to poor condition of propery. Person at counter said I needed to request an adjustment on price charged due to the state of the property. Not worth the money I was charged.

I normally stay here and absolutely love this hotel. However, they are undergoing major renovations and I think the website should inform future guests and lower its rate. I would not have stayed here. The rooms smelled like wet carpet and mold. It was a pre paid reservation so not much option to leave. I’m sure the finish product will look great but honestly it’s more of a run down motel atmosphere right now. I wish they well with the renovations but they should close or at least charge what the hotel is worth in its current state.

We were very pleased with our room, but were very disappointed by the renovations being done and pool permanently closed. We were there for an anniversary trip and were under the impression we could swim. It was very disappointing that it said nothing about the pool.

We love staying here when we visit family in Quincy! Even thru the renovations, the entire staff is friendly and helpful, gals at the front desk are SO nice! Area around the hotel has great dining and drink options within walking distance as well as live music in the park in the summer!

Mediocre because of construction

Places should adjust their rates if they're under construction. No pool, no restaurant, no bar. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
