We couldnât get in the first gate without calling and then waiting for a call back. Then we couldnât get in the house because you didnât explain about the door panel and how to touch the lit icon to see that there is a panel! I took pictures of the grill that hadnât been cleaned in a long while. Hot tub was filthy and hadnât been cleaned up in a while. All the bath mats were dirty. The kitchen was filthy, cabinets, stove, where the garbage was. The windows that over look the lake were covered in hand prints and what I believe was dog slobber. I cleaned the grill, and the windows while there, but I was so disappointed with the shape of everything! All you offered was a late checkout. Plus your description of how to get there is wrong! You said use goggle maps because Apple Maps wonât get you there. But itâs the opposite of that! Apple Maps takes you right there but Google Maps doesnât. Please explain also that the panel to open the door is to touch the little lit icon and the panel will light up to show the numbers to punch in.
