Hice la reserva hace 1 mes de anticipacion, cuando llege al hotel me informa la recepcionista q tenia recervado el cuarto pero no avia echo el pago, y yo pague cuando hice la reserva con expedia, y me dijo que no, y que llame a donde hice la reserva para q me ayuden, ella no me ayudo en nada, es mas me ignoro, muy mal el personal del hotel, mejor que no me quede ahi hospedada porq no ay nada a su alrededor solo casas nada comercial, si quieren quedarse en ese hotel piensen dos veces, llame a expedia y me ayudaron y me hospede en hostal sabaoth muy bueno y el area muy comercial este hostal si se merece 5 estrellas y desde que llege me atendieron muy bien.
