Faux espoir

Énorme dĂ©ception. Nous Ă©tions trĂšs enthousiastes Ă  l’idĂ©e de sĂ©journer dans cette location, l’annonce Ă©tant sĂ©duisante et la plage des nations nous ayant Ă©tĂ© recommandĂ©e. Au moment de la rĂ©servation nous nous sommes trompĂ©s dans les dates. Suite Ă  cela, la communication avec le gĂ©rant immobilier a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs difficile (nous voulions changer les dates) : impossible pendant plusieurs jours d’avoir un Ă©change avec lui ou une rĂ©ponse de sa part, que ce soit par l’application Abritel ou par WhatsApp. Le service client Abritel ne facilite pas la tĂąche non plus, malgrĂ© des messages envoyĂ©s dans l’application, il n’est pas facile d’obtenir un conseiller. Nous avons finalement un appel du gĂ©rant 48h avant la date d’arrivĂ©e, qui nous apprend qu’une famille occupe dĂ©jĂ  la location et que le logement ne sera donc pas disponible pour nous ! Le gĂ©rant propose de nous rembourser, mais le virement effectuĂ© par le gĂ©rant est environ 100 euros (~100 dollars) infĂ©rieur Ă  notre paiement (les frais de services ne sont pas si Ă©levĂ©s). Nous dĂ©cidons de nous rendre sur place et en fait c’est une gigantesque foire Ă  la location : les gardiens des rĂ©sidences vous mettent en relation avec les propriĂ©taires qui font leur marchĂ© directement avec le client : les rĂ©servations par Abritel ne servent Ă  rien , c’est pour ça je pense que les annonces n’ont pas d’apprĂ©ciation car elles doivent ĂȘtre effacĂ©es dĂšs qu’un client affiche son mĂ©contentement, puis republiĂ©es. ExpĂ©rience dĂ©sastreuse
