This property required a $100 deposit for only a 2-night stay and then they tell me that it will not return to my account for 2-3 days. That's outrageous! More of an opportunity for them to make interest income off of my money!!! My room had a disgusting odor. So much so, that I had to get Glade Plug-ins to help alleviate the foul smell. A person could easily slip in the bathtub because there is no longer something to grip your feet while standing in the shower. The telephone in the room did not work when I tried to reach the front desk. Not a pleasant stay!!!

The carpet was dirty and was not vacuumed which made the stay unbearable. There were red stains on the carpet on the rigth side of the bed. The hotel also offered flimsy plastic plates that I had to go get downstairs to warm my food.

Our family had a cancelled flight on Thanksgiving which put us in a jam -- we were able to book an accommodation that not only fit our family of five but was close the airport and exceeded all our expectations. From the shuttle drivers to the front desk staff - everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The staff was beyond friendly and even went out of their way to find dining options that were open on the holiday for us. The room was clean and more than we could have asked for on such short notice but what compelled me to write this was truly the kindness of the staff. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving a memorable one!
