Cozy private efficiency in my home, 8 miles-downtown Raleigh, NCSU, RTP, Cary, RDU airport and nature parks (Lake Johnson, Umstead Park, Lake Jordan) Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven provided. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room/dining area. There is a tenant with 2 small dogs who lives on property in their own private space. ( There entrance is the back of the house)
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of North Carolina State Fairgrounds. The holiday home includes amenities such as in-room jetted baths and a Smart TV.

Easy parking next to the house. Very nice front porch.the bed was comfortable. the shower was hot and nice water pressure. The decor was very homey and in good taste. we enjoyed the books and magazines to read. Close to good places to eat. and close to Cary where we had a memorial service we wanted to go to.Leslie always got right back to us when we had a question

I absolutely loved this place, it was so cute and comfy! I am one that loves antique pieces, and this made me feel right at home. Leslie was very responsive to my messages and questions.
