Staff were great, they seemed a bit overwhelmed but it was extremly busy. The room was good. I hope I dont get the room off of the elevator ever again as it was very loud and hard to sleep until 3 am but other then that it was good

The hotel location is perfect just a few steps from Crabtree Mall and plenty of great eateries. Walking into the hotel gives you such a good vibe. It’s nice, quiet, and beautifully decorated, and I absolutely love the glass waterfall feature. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I felt completely at home here!

My experience was awesome from my check in until my check out. The young man who checked us in, Jaylen Pulley, was awesome. He was very helpful and made the check process seamless. The room was great. It definitely met the needs of our group. Having the 530 to 730 happy hour was great as well. Really allowed us to start our evening off with a bang.
