The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems while we were there and really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 3 days and the hotel offered a different breakfast line up every day. We would stay here again.

Room was clean but did have a musty smell to it. Bed was really comfortable. Everyone was friendly! Only issue I encountered was the elevators broke last night and there was no notice on any floor beyond the first floor that elevators were broken.

We came for a cross country meet at the WakeMed Soccer Park and we walked there from the hotel. The staff was also very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good as well.

It was decent stay

Overall, the stay was decent. Staff were nice and accommodating. We asked to switch rooms and they did so without any hesitation. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. However, the technology was a bit dated as our tv did not have Bluetooth connection. Also, our room did have a smell but we came prepared with room spray so it helped.

Excellent Top Notch Hotel

I went for the NIN show at the Lenovo Center because I was traveling alone with my kid and this hotel seemed safe. I was not expecting the level of service and cleanliness and beauty of the decor. I love that the incidental fee is only $50. Everywhere else I stay is double for way less beauty and comfort. The breakfast lay out was one of the most elegant and high tech Ive ever seen with little add-ons you dont usually get at breakfast buffets...it would be hard to not like something in the array they lay out and they work hard to keep everything stocked up quickly. The staff was super nice and accomodating. Loved going to the bar after the show and getting drinks with other Nails fans who were all very kind. The bartender didnt know how to make my drink but he looked it up and I loved how it came out. The room was super clean. The only recommendation is to clear out the cobwebs in the outside patio area..there was also a spider out there that creeped me out but otherwise it was so beautiful with a TV outside...id never seen that before at someplace so affordable. Would love to go back for more Lenovo shows. Thank you for an excellent experience!
