we we’re 5hrs late due to a wreck. Arrived at the hotel around 3:45am and no one was at the counter. I waited for several minutes and started asking out loud “is anyone here?” I happen to take a look outside and saw someone in a courtyard smoking. I walked out and asked if he worked here and he quickly threw his cigarette down and came inside. It is approximately 3:45 AM at this time and he proceeds to tell me he can’t log into the computer system and it will be a few minutes before he can give me a door card. I took it upon myself to go out while he was dealing with the computer to load up a carriage to bring our luggage in. We had our daughters small dog with us that we were supposed to give to her, however, due to us being so late due to the wreck, we could not give her the dog until early morning. As I was loading up the luggage, the guy comes out to hand me a card, and then turns around and walks back inside. As I was walking back in with the luggage, he asked me to come to the counter and fill out a piece of paper. When I got there, it was a piece of paper about having a dog, and I explain that this is my daughter‘s dog that I could not take to her because of being five hours late but she would be picking the dog up at 7 AM. Long story short they charged us a dig fee. We left the next morning by 8 AM so basically a large charge for a four hour stay. As a Hilton’s honor member this was horrible and unjust. I will never stay at any Hilton’s again!

The hotel common areas (lobby, pool, gym, etc) were nice and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. We had a strange odor in our room when we arrived, but it wasn't terrible. Later that evening when my daughter opened the sofa bed, she found a half eaten cheeseburger and a bunch of recess peanut butter cup wrappers under the sofa. Once we cleaned that up, the room smelled normal. We didn't call the front desk because it was late and we just wanted to get to sleep. The cleaning staff should be trained to look for things like this moving forward in my opinion.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive to the guest. The waitresses on duty for breakfast were smiling faces & very helpful. Breakfast at this location was great, buffet style and made to order. Very clean property. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms a little small but very clean. Highly recommended

Nice hotel but service could be improved

The air conditioner was very loud. I tried for over an hour to print two documents. The Business Center was closed, the printer in the lobby would not connect, and the staff said they could not print from a memory stick (which I don't believe). My attempts to mail the files to the staff failed. I finally gave up after running out of time for an appointment.

What stood out about my stay at this hotel was the excellent service. Arthur at the front desk was on point in every aspect. Our check in was great. During the entire stay his service and hospitalty was unbelievable. He was so personable. The dining room staff was also great. Trey waitd on us both mornings and he was awesome. Gave us some great pointers.
