There were a number of events going on downtown. The parking lot was full except for people with reservations at a restaurant in the hotel. So, we had to park in a parking lot that cost over $30. This needs to be disclosed that parking can be an issue as we would not have stayed here had we known. We were late to our event and my husband is a diamond member and I’m gold.

I stayed at your hotel 9/14-9/16. Hotels. com have ghosted me on any credits from previous dates that were entered incorrectly. I called the front desk at Hilton and explained my situation. They told me they would get the situation resolved when I checked in but when I came to check in there was nothing they could do. So basically Hilton and Hotels.com have my money and say no credits will be issued. I will never use hotels. Com again. Basically stealing my money!!

Great!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. All of the staff that we interacted with were courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The vibe of the hotel when we walked in was very relaxed. We attended a concert at Red Oak and were able to walk there in less than 5 minutes. We will stay here again if we are back in Raleigh.

New Raleigh Go To

This was a 2 girls concert getaway, and it will absolutely be our go to for Raleigh area in the future. Great street parking, walkable to restaurants and nightlife, and breakfast in the AM before checkout. We wanted to stay another day!
