This property is dated and needs a refresh. The linens are OLD and literally scratchy, the pillows are uncomfortable, there were numerous ugly dirty looking stains on the carpet in our room. They refused to provide us WATER for the room. The location is near the Lenovo stadium which is why we booked it, but I won't be returning.

This is a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Great location close to airport, Lenovo Center and more. Great breakfast each morning…very courteous and pleasant staff. Will definitely choose Hyatt Place Raleigh/Cary again for future lodging!
