My husband and I booked a deluxe room. Check in was slow although we arrived at 11.30pm. Our room was on the 4th floor (top). If you are a tall person, just know your head will be touching the ceiling. There are bedbugs!!!!!! That’s why I give this hotel a zero!! The sheets were dirty and there was evidence of a bedbug infestation. ( pictures to prove this) My husband and I did notify the front desk upon checkout and they promised to refund our money. I hate that I couldn’t sleep all night, but when I found out why… I was mortified!!! You have been warned!

Stay was decent. Upon arrival I was given a two queen room outside of my reservation for a Deluxe Room with King bed. When speaking with hotel staff, I was told multiple times that I had reserved a queen. After showing my confirmation and receipt I was told there were no more rooms with my requests. Eventually, after several rounds of back and forth communication and showing the receipt and reservation number several times, the hotel staff lady gave me the room I had paid for. Probably will not return
